Colon Hydrotherapy
YOUR FIRST AND FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS
WHAT MAKES THE COLON HYDROTHERAPY EXPERIENCE UNIQUE?
Jeri Evans has vast experience with Nutrition Counseling and Colon Hydrotherapy. She has worked with thousands of clients on various issues: constipation, diarrhea, irritable bowel, gas, bloat, indigestion, acid reflux, bacterial infections, parasite infestations, mineral depletion, fatigue, fibromyalgia, headaches and hormone imbalances.
Ms. Evans believes in educating clients on digestion and bowel health. Changing diet and reducing stress often improve bowel function.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FIRST SESSION?
Clients that receive Colon Hydrotherapy from Jeri Evans also get an in-depth look at their individual issues and a digestive analysis. This is accomplished by reviewing client information, discussing food and liquid intake, and noticing what debris is released during the Colon Hydrotherapy session.
All clients will receive Nutrition Guidelines for Colon Hydrotherapy. Supplement protocols for digestion and detoxification are included by request.
The Detox Food Plan or Detox Food Supplement Plan is a natural and safe way to cleanse the body and normalize bowel movements. This plan is also available free of charge.
WHAT CAN BE EATEN BEFORE THE SESSION?
If the doctor has given you a specific diet always follow that protocol.
Otherwise, on the day of the session it is best not to eat two hours before the colonic. If it is necessary to eat frequently then do so. It is best to eat lightly; soup, vegetables, fruit and some protein. Usually beef, bread, pasta, dessert, dairy, fried food and processed food are difficult to digest and therefore can be constipating. Drink 64 ounces (8 glasses) of water daily.
WHAT FORMS NEED TO BE FILLED OUT?
Please review all videos on the web site before the appointment. Then click on Forms (on the green panel at left) and click on the Colon Hydrotherapy Form Packet. Print and fill out the Colon Health Questionnaire, Metabolic Assessment Form, Notice of Privacy Practices and State of California Senate Bill 577. Bring all necessary forms with you to the appointment.
Important Note:I realize that there are quite a few forms to fill out and I apologize, however, my approach is very comprehensive. In order to analyze individual bowel and overall nutrition health I need information. Please do the best you can.
WHO NEEDS A DOCTOR'S PRESCRIPTION?
If you have any of the following contraindications you MUST have a prescription from a licensed doctor on file before you can receive colon hydrotherapy. All minors under 13 years of age must have a doctor's prescription regardless of condition.
