THE FOOD PLAN

How we develop your Food Plan

WHAT IS THE FOOD PLAN?

The food plan varies with the client’s needs.

Most clients start off with a plan that has fruit, vegetables, protein (meat, fish, eggs, fowl, or protein that meets vegetarian needs), some grains, fats, and sometimes dairy. Sugar, artificial sugar, processed foods, caffeine (in most cases), dairy (in most cases), wheat, and soy (depending) are omitted. Certified organic fruits and vegetables are encouraged as well as grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone-free beef and lamb, and cage-free, corn-fed, antibiotic and hormone-free fowl.

It is best to eat small meals throughout the day (3 meals and 3 snacks). Protein and carbohydrates amounts will be calculated to meet individual needs.

DOES THE PLAN WORK FOR EVERYONE?

Most people notice improvements, better bowel movements, weight loss, more energy, clearer thinking and deeper sleep.
No program can promise that health or weight issues will improve. Pre-existing conditions may have caused some damage that cannot be reversed. Stress and emotional issues may also affect the outcome of one’s health.

HOW WILL CLIENTS FEEL WHILE ON THE FOOD & DETOXING PLAN?

Some clients say they have increased energy. Some clients won’t notice a change until after detoxing from infections. While going through a detoxification plan some clients feel more tired, fuzzy-headed, have sleeping problems, temperature fluctuations, catch a cold, have flu-like symptoms, or notice nothing at all.
