Nutrition and Weight Management
THE NUTRITION AND WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
HOW DOES THE NUTRITION AND WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM WORK?
The Nutrition and Weight Management Program both address the entire lifestyle and its effects on the whole body.
This program analyzes diet, sleep, bowel movement frequency, and stress management along with test results. With this information we can develop a program based on science that can relieve the underlying causes of symptoms and improve all of the body's systems.

STRESS AND HOW IT AFFECTS DIGESTION
The body reacts to stress, any kind of stress, mental/emotional, environmental, structural and chemical. Any kind of stress with offset digestion. Most people don’t realize how the food they eat, affect their system. Chemical stress can come from the food we eat.
Some people have food intolerances and some have food allergies. Often food allergy testing can be misleading and inaccurate. The difference is that food intolerances don’t show up on lab tests. In my opinion it is best to experiment and go off of food that may be the source of stress.
Most likely if one were to stay off of the food for 3 months and started eating those foods again, a negative response would occur. The reaction can be stomach pain, acid reflux, headache, constipation, bloat, gas, burping, diarrhea, sinus congestion, muscle aches and pain, exhaustion and mental sluggishness. Food allergies or intolerances can lead to nutrient mal-absorption. Vitamin, mineral, essential fatty acids, amino acids, and anti-oxidants mal-absorption may lead to chronic illness.
How the body reacts to mal-absorption is an individual reaction. It is important to check for anemia, cardiovascular system, vitamin D levels, kidney function, adrenal dysfunction as well as infections. The diet is critical. The point is to reduce irritation and inflammation in the intestines so nutrient absorption can continue and hopefully repair.
WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
Those that are interested in losing weight really need strict adherence to the program guidelines, exercise, and reduce unneeded emotional stress. Charting food, fluid intake, mood swings, food cravings and bowel movements is mandatory. Having two to three bowel movements every day is a point of focus.
If weight lose becomes difficult it can be due to underlying infections, cortisol and hormone imbalance, slow organ function, blood sugar issues, anemia, structural misalignment, feet problems and breathing disorders.
