WHICH SUPPLEMENTS WILL I NEED?
Supplements will vary depending on the client’s needs. Usually the supplement needs will change every 4 to 6 weeks.
The supplements available to purchase are mostly pharmaceutical grade
HOW MUCH EXERCISE IS INVOLVED?
Exercise is important. It is very difficult to lose weight and to feel great without exercise.
Clients with adrenal burnout or very low levels of cortisol, may not be able to do cardiovascular exercise until they heal their metabolism. Yoga or stretching exercise is best.
If the metabolism is healthy, resistant exercise (building muscle) and a low to moderate amount of cardiovascular exercise may be best. A personal trainer is a great idea to keep up enthusiasm and to guard against injury.
