The food plan varies with the client’s needs.

Most clients start off with a plan that has fruit, vegetables, protein (meat, fish, eggs, fowl, or vegetarian protein), some grains, fats, and sometimes dairy. Sugar, artificial sugar, processed foods, caffeine (in most cases), dairy (in most cases), wheat, and soy (depending) are omitted. Certified organic fruits and vegetables are encouraged as well as grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone-free beef and lamb, and cage-free, corn-fed, antibiotic & hormone-free fowl.
